Outdoor Classes run-
Mon-Thurs at 6am, 7am, 8am, 12pm, 4pm, 5pm and 6pm (No 6pm on Friday);
Saturday-Sunday at 8am, 9am and 10am
Strength (Indoor Classes) alternate hours. Please see below.
*We also have at least 10 hours of virtual programming per week.
**Members also have access to over 70 pre-recorded workouts.
***Members can book 2 hours of private gym access per week.
