Mon & Wed 7am, 5pm; Tues & Thurs 8am; Fri 7am, Sat & Sun 10am

Indoor Classes:

Strength and Conditioning alternate morning, mid-day, evening, and weekend hours. Please see below.

*We also have at least 10 hours of virtual programming per week. 

**Members also have access to over 70 pre-recorded workouts. 

***Members can book 2 hours of private gym access per week.
