Trainer Agreement and Facility Rules

This Trainer Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between All in Motion, LLC (dba AIM Pro) (“AIM Pro”) and the undersigned independent trainer (“Trainer”). By signing this Agreement and/or using AIM Pro facilities, Trainer acknowledges and agrees to comply with the following Rules, Policies, and Procedures. The Trainer further agrees that violating these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of rental privileges, at the sole discretion of AIM Pro.
1. Facility Security & Access

The facility door must be kept closed and locked at all times.

Trainers may not permit entry to unauthorized individuals.

Trainers must remain in the facility until their client has exited.
-
Clients may never be left unattended by trainers at any time.
2. Use of Space
-
A maximum of three private trainers may use the gym simultaneously when group classes are not in session.

Each rental is for one trainer and one client per station.
-
Maximum of two stations per trainer per hour unless otherwise approved.

Entire gym rental is available by prior reservation only (max 20 clients).
-
Trainers and clients are restricted to authorized rental areas only; storage, staff, and private-use areas are off-limits.

You may borrow equipment from: an empty station with permission from an employee (in case there's a session about to start); and an in-use station with permission from the trainer.

You may bring handheld equipment (dumbbells, barbell collars, extra weight plates, etc.) to your station.
-
Everything borrowed from another area must be returned to its original place before the end of your reservation.
3. Conduct & Noise

Trainers and clients must conduct themselves in a professional, courteous manner at all times.

Music volume must remain at a reasonable level, and may not exceed background volume between 9:00 AM–5:00 PM on weekdays.

Disrespectful, offensive, or discriminatory behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.

Harassment, whether verbal, non-verbal, explicit, or implicit, is prohibited.

This is a place of kindness. If you cannot be kind, you cannot be here.
-
This includes mean, derogatory, offensive, insulting, or demeaning words directed at any person or people, whether present or not, and regardless of whether you say “I was only joking.”

All in Motion, LLC shall not tolerate, under any circumstances, without exception, any form of discrimination against its employees, customers, guests, or anyone else inside our space based on race, creed, religion, color, age, disability, pregnancy, marital status, parental status, veteran status, military status, domestic violence victim status, national origin, political affiliation, sex, predisposing genetic characteristics, sexual orientation, gender identity, and any other status protected by the law.

All in Motion, LLC is committed to providing an environment that is free from harassment. Any behavior that is unwanted and/or offensive to the recipient, which creates an intimidating, hostile, or humiliating environment for that person violates this policy.
4. Equipment Use & Care

No dropping, tossing, or slamming equipment (bars, dumbbells, etc.). Use silencer pads when necessary.

If you/your client cannot deadlift without dropping the bar, you must use the silencer pads. Blocks are available to elevate the lifter if the pads raise the bar too high.

No sign of chalk. If you use chalk, it must be completely cleaned up before your reservation ends.

All equipment must be cleaned and returned to its original storage location before the end of each reservation.

A cleaning fee of $10 may be incurred for failing to adhere to this policy. Neutral is defined as: All equipment in its original storage location.

No AIM Pro equipment may be removed from the facility.

Trainers may bring in outside equipment only if it does not endanger other users or facility property, is approved by AIM Pro staff.

All in Motion, LLC will not be responsible for any damage caused by or to outside equipment.

Trainers will be responsible for any and all damage caused by the use of outside equipment, whether provided by said trainer or their client.

All in Motion, LLC employees have the right to refuse the use and/or presence of any outside equipment for any reason.

If you would like to store your outside equipment inside of All in Motion, LLC, get direct permission from Robin or Amy, and accept that anyone may inadvertently use your equipment, and acknowledge that All in Motion, LLC will not be liable for any damage to or caused by your equipment, regardless of whether you are present when such damage occurs or not.
5. Facility Care

All lights must be turned off when leaving.

Food and drink (except water) are not permitted on the training floor.

The locked drink refrigerator is not for public use.
-
No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or drugs are permitted anywhere on the premises.

Dirty or wet shoes are not allowed on the training floor.

Shirts must be worn at all times.
-
Lockers are for daily use only. Locks left overnight will be removed.
-
No animals/pets are permitted inside the facility.
6. Age & Guest Policy
-
No one under 16 years old may enter the training or warm-up areas.
-
Clients under 18 years old must have a parent/legal guardian present and may require additional waivers.
-
All clients must sign a waiver prior to training.
-
Trainers are responsible for the behavior of their clients and guests.
-
Training clients under the age of 18 must have a legal guardian present. Additional waivers may be required.
7. Scheduling & Payment
-
Sessions must be reserved through the AIM Pro scheduling system.
-
Premium/Peak Session charges are billed to the credit card on file on the fifth business day of the following month.

Trainers must keep an active credit card on file at all times.
-
Trainers are responsible for keeping payment information current.
-
Cancellation Policy: Reservations canceled fewer than 24 hours in advance will be billed in full.

Reservation fees are automatically charged via credit card on file on the fifth business day of the month following service (e.g., all reservations for November will automatically be charged on the fifth business day of December).

If your credit card is expiring and you do not provide us with an updated one before the end of the month, we reserve the right to process your payment on the last day of the month of service.

Our reservation cancellation policy is 24 hours. Reservations remaining on your account will be charged as normal, regardless of whether you/your client were able to make it.

Any trainer who has completed at least one paid station reservation may conduct free consultations in the warm-up area. Reservation required, so as to avoid overcrowding.
8. Insurance & Compliance

Trainers must maintain and provide proof of:

Current personal training (or relevant) certification,
-
Current CPR/AED certification, and
-
General & Professional Liability Insurance with the following minimums:

$1,000,000 aggregate
-
$250,000 each occurrence
-
$100,000 damage to rented premises
-
$5,000 medical expense per occurrence

All insurance policies must list All in Motion, LLC (dba AIM Pro) 112 S Sangamon St, Chicago, IL 60607 as an Additional Insured.

Trainers are responsible for ensuring clients follow all AIM Pro rules and for any damage caused by themselves, their clients, or their equipment.
9. Modification of Rules
-
All in Motion, LLC (dba AIM Pro) reserves the right to amend, modify, or add to these rules, policies, and procedures at any time without notice.
-
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and for any reason. This includes clients, prospects, co-workers, family members, and/or guests.

We reserve the right to update these Rules, Policies, and Procedures at any time without notice.
Acknowledgment
By checking the box in your registration you are acknowledging: I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the Rules, Policies, and Procedures of All in Motion, LLC (dba AIM Pro). I understand that failure to comply may result in termination of rental privileges.
